Charleston Region Becoming Leading Aerospace Hub
There's no question that's Boeing's decision to locate a 787 "Dreamliner" production facility in North Charleston has benefited the area economy over the past few years, and we've been pleased to meet several new clients who have relocated to Charleston to work for Boeing. Now Boeing is set to expand its facilities further. It has announced an ambitious plan to create a new factory to engineer and assemble components for the 737-Max jetliner. After Everett, Washington, Charleston is poised to become the second largest aerospace hub in the country, and one of the largest in the world. Thanks, Boeing, for the vote of confidence and its employees for their great work!
